Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

Nova Rowan Hospitality is a hospitality company in Oklahoma City with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. You would join a large organisation of about 515 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep stock linked to supplier orders at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support supplier orders. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
