Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Lakeside Farms and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be invoice matching. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to harvest schedules at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support harvest schedules. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Birmingham. • We reply to every applicant.
