Lumen Orchard Health Group is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on invoice matching for clinic supplies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to clinic supplies at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
