Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

Westbrook Clear Freight Partners is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on invoice matching for loads and lanes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to loads and lanes at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support loads and lanes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
