Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

Highbridge Vale Manufacturing is a Wichita manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to scrap and rework at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support scrap and rework. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
