Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

Clearpath Rook Manufacturing is a Wichita manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to work orders at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support work orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
