Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

Lumen Kestrel Auto Group is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on invoice matching for parts orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 12 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to parts orders at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support parts orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Detroit. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
