Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

Bluepeak Pine Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Tulsa region, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to vehicle inspections at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support vehicle inspections. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
