Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

Silverline Linden Health Group runs clinics and patient services around Atlanta, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. You would join a large organisation of about 897 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep stock linked to referrals at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support referrals. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
