Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

Rivermark West Hospitality is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on invoice matching for guest bookings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 66 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to guest bookings at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support guest bookings. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
