Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

Stonegate Pine Manufacturing is a Little Rock manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to machine downtime at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support machine downtime. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
