Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Pine Manufacturing and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be invoice matching. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep stock linked to customer orders at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer orders. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
