Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

Redstone Vista Manufacturing is a Reno manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to customer orders at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
