Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

Nova Corner Markets is a Des Moines retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. You would join a large organisation of about 681 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to store inventory at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support store inventory. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
