Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

Summit Vista Auto Group is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on invoice matching for parts orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to parts orders at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support parts orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
