Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

Rivermark Kestrel Auto Group is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on invoice matching for customer estimates, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to customer estimates at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer estimates. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
