Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

Stonegate Pike Early Learning runs childcare centres in Indianapolis caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep stock linked to licensing records at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support licensing records. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
