Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

Nova Corner Auto Group is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on invoice matching for service appointments, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to service appointments at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support service appointments. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
