Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

Highbridge Loom Pharma Partners develops and makes medicines in Tucson. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep stock linked to cleanroom operations at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support cleanroom operations. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
