Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

Greenridge Junction Manufacturing Group is a Sacramento manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Keep stock linked to work orders at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support work orders. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
