Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

Harborlight Vale Housing manages affordable housing communities across Pittsburgh. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to lease compliance at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support lease compliance. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Pittsburgh. • We reply to every applicant.
