Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

Silverline Ivory Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around Jackson. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to customer tracking at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer tracking. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
