Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

Nova Analytics looks after rental homes across the Portland area. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. You would join a small organisation of about 4 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to rent collection at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support rent collection. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
