Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

Bluepeak Juniper Hospitality is a hospitality company in Minneapolis with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep stock linked to reviews and feedback at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support reviews and feedback. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
