Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

Clearpath Keystone Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Oakland, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to loads and lanes at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support loads and lanes. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
