Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

Harborlight Timber Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Houston, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to supplier deliveries at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support supplier deliveries. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
