Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

Rivermark Linden Facilities looks after properties across the Columbus region. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Keep stock linked to contractor visits at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support contractor visits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
