Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

Clearpath Loom Auto Group is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on invoice matching for customer estimates, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to customer estimates at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer estimates. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Des Moines. • We reply to every applicant.
