Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Meadow Housing and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be invoice matching. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to waiting lists at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support waiting lists. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
