Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

Bluepeak Sparrow Farms grows and distributes produce from farms near Colorado Springs. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. You would join a small organisation of about 22 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to grower contracts at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support grower contracts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
