Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

Ironwood Fern Farms Partners grows and distributes produce from farms near Rochester. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep stock linked to harvest schedules at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support harvest schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
