Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

Rivermark Harbor Foods Group is a Nashville food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to customer specifications at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer specifications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
