Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

Rivermark Harbor Freight Group is a San Antonio logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. You would join a small organisation of about 194 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to carrier rates at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support carrier rates. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
