Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

Clearpath North Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Phoenix region, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to materials orders at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support materials orders. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
