Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Fern Farms and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be invoice matching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep stock linked to grower contracts at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support grower contracts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
