Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

Fernwood Analytics delivers building projects for owners across the Tampa region, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to change orders at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support change orders. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
