Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

Harborlight Sparrow Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Des Moines area, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to reviews and feedback at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support reviews and feedback. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Des Moines. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
