Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

Harborlight Haven Auto Group is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on invoice matching for warranty claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to warranty claims at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support warranty claims. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
