Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

Ironwood Quarry Freight is a Tampa logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to dock schedules at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support dock schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
