Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Raleigh, NC)

Northwind Loom Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Raleigh. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to waiting lists at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support waiting lists. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
