Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Raleigh, NC)

Rivermark Amber Pharma Group is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on invoice matching for release testing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 21 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to release testing at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support release testing. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
