Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Raleigh, NC)

Fernwood River Markets Partners serves neighbourhoods around Raleigh with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to supplier deliveries at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Raleigh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
