Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Raleigh, NC)

Foxglove Forge Farms is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on invoice matching for packing house output, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to packing house output at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support packing house output. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
