Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Portland, OR)

Lumen Quarry Farms supplies farm and food customers across the Portland region. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Keep stock linked to field records at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support field records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
