Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Portland, OR)

Clearpath River Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Portland, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to lease compliance at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support lease compliance. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
