Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Pittsburgh, PA)

Nova Yarrow Hospitality Group runs guest-focused properties across the Pittsburgh area, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Keep stock linked to reviews and feedback at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support reviews and feedback. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We reply to every applicant.
