Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Pittsburgh, PA)

Ironwood Junction Markets serves neighbourhoods around Pittsburgh with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to pricing at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support pricing. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Pittsburgh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
