Westbrook Umber Farms is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on invoice matching for seasonal crews, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to seasonal crews at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support seasonal crews. • Experience with an ERP system.
