Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Pittsburgh, PA)

Lumen Union Health Group is a healthcare provider in Pittsburgh with clinics and support teams, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to referrals at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support referrals. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
