Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Phoenix, AZ)

Northwind Granite Markets is a Phoenix retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. You would join a small organisation of about 42 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to store inventory at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support store inventory. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
